Ordering is easy: There is no automated shopping cart or online ordering form for Dollmama's Den. You will be dealing with me personally when you inquire about an item. If you find something you are interested in or would like to purchase, just email me and let me know. I will be happy to answer your questions or provide additional details, photos, etc. I will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if that item is still available. When inquiring, it is helpful if you put the item name in the "subject line" of your email or it may be redirected to my spam folder (to never be seen by me). On another note, I do not open email that has an attachment unless I am expecting it, please avoid sending attachments. Sometimes I receive pictures by email from well intentioned collectors who may be searching for a particular doll or childhood toy. I don't mind helping a fellow collector when I can, but please remember, no one likes to receive huge file sizes by email- especially me!

Hold: I update often, but everything is sold on a first come, first serve, basis. In order to place an item on hold, you must email me your name and mailing address for holding confirmation. I will need your zip code to calculate the shipping cost. To place an item on hold means you intend to follow through and pay for that item. If your mailing a check or money order, I will hold your item for 10 days in order for your payment to have time to arrive. After 10 days and no payment has been received, that item becomes available again. It would not be fair to me or anyone else who may want the item, and it is tied up on hold for long periods of time, only to eventually become available again. Due to past experiences, I feel the need to enforce this policy.

Shipping: I normally ship USPO Priority mail or parcel post. However, books and videos will ship media mail unless you specify otherwise. I do not use UPS. Although I assure you your order will leave well packaged, insurance is at your request (and expense). I won't insist you purchase insurance, but I cannot be responsible for uninsured packages once they leave the Den.

Payment: I am happy to accept personal checks but your order will not be shipped until your check clears my bank. If you want your order quicker, you can send a money order or pay by Paypal (no credit cards). All Paypal orders will ship to the address on file with Paypal. If you send a personal check, your package will be shipped to the address imprinted on your check.

I no longer accept International orders, I only ship within the USA. Considering the exchange rate and the postage costs, It's just not worth it for you or for me any more.

I do not accept Paypal on orders totaling $15.00 or less (before shipping). Do not pay with PayPal until your order has been confirmed and you know your complete total, including shipping. PayPal is the only form of electronic payment I use at this time. Thank you for reading. Dian
